By accessing or using Budget Bondhu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including members, prospective members, partner venues, and visitors to our website.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Budget Bondhu membership. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Memberships purchased on behalf of minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Budget Bondhu offers annual and short-term membership plans. Each plan provides access to member benefits at participating partner venues within its stated category coverage.

Membership benefits, coverage, and pricing are described on our Membership page and are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes in advance.

Memberships are purchased through the Budget Bondhu mobile application. All payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz, our authorized payment gateway.

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other channels supported by SSLCommerz.

Your membership activates immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive a digital membership card within the Budget Bondhu app.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

To redeem member benefits, present your digital membership card at participating venues before making payment or completing your booking. Benefits cannot be applied retroactively.

Each partner venue determines the specific member benefit it offers (discount percentage, complimentary items, or other perks). These benefits are described in the venue's listing within the app.

Member benefits are intended for personal use. Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting membership benefits is prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

Budget Bondhu reserves the right to limit the frequency of benefit usage at any single venue to prevent misuse.

Annual memberships do not auto-renew by default. Members will receive reminders as their membership approaches expiration.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current active period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility depends on the membership plan and timing of the refund request. Detailed refund conditions are outlined at the point of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at info@budgetbondhu.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Budget Bondhu partners with independent businesses across Sylhet. While we curate our partner network carefully, we do not operate or control these venues.

The service quality, food, accommodation, and any experience provided at a partner venue is the sole responsibility of that venue. Budget Bondhu is not liable for issues arising from your interaction with a partner venue.

The partner venue network may change over time. Venues may join or leave the network based on their own business decisions or Budget Bondhu's partnership standards.

The addition or removal of individual venues does not affect your membership status, provided your membership category continues to have available partner venues.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration may result in membership termination.

You agree not to use the Service to: engage in fraudulent activities; interfere with the operation of the Service; harass or harm partner venue staff; violate any applicable law or regulation.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The Budget Bondhu name, logo, website, mobile application, and all content contained therein are the property of Budget Bondhu and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Budget Bondhu does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or specific outcomes from using member benefits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Bondhu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active membership.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
